What do you give someone going through menopause or perimenopause?

Our Perimenopause Support Set brings together a pure-silk sleep mask, native botanical menopause tea, a relaxing bath soak, topical magnesium and clary sage oil — chosen to support sleep and calm — with a ritual guide for the season. What do you give someone who is grieving, when flowers aren't enough?

What is matrescence?
Matrescence is the physical, emotional, hormonal and social transition to becoming a mother. It is a rite of passage — and one so poorly supported that it is often mistaken for, or misdiagnosed as, postnatal depression. The word isn't even in most dictionaries, which tells you how little space there has been to talk about it. Our Matrescence collection exists because motherhood changes a woman entirely, and almost nobody asks how she is.
What's a good gift for a new mum — for her, not the baby?
Something that treats her as the person in the room. Every product listing shows the full contents with the maker named. We prioritise Australian-made, low-tox products from suppliers we trust. Each set also includes a printed ritual guide.
Are these products medicines, and can they treat my symptoms?
No. Our sets are curated wellbeing gifts, not medicines. Individual products may support relaxation, rest and comfort, but they are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Always speak with a health professional about your symptoms.

Can I add a gift note?
Yes — add a personal gift note at checkout and we'll tuck it inside. We never include pricing in the parcel.
Can you ship directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. Enter their address at checkout and add a gift note, and we'll send it straight to them.

Where do you ship, and how much is it?
We ship Australia-wide with tracked Australia Post delivery. Standard shipping is free on orders $200 and over, otherwise $15; express is $22 flat. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
How quickly will my order be sent?
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney studio within 1–2 business days.
