Packing & dispatch

Every order is packed with care in our St Peters studio in Sydney and dispatched within 1–2 business days. We're a small team, so during busier seasons there may be a short delay — thank you for your patience with us. If something you've ordered isn't in stock, we'll be in touch straight away with a revised timeline.

Delivery within Australia

All parcels ship Australia-wide with tracking via Australia Post.

Standard shipping — allow 2–5 business days to metropolitan areas and 3–8 business days to regional areas (including WA and NT). Free on orders $200 and over; a flat $15 applies to orders under $200.

Express shipping — booked with Australia Post Express. Typically delivered the next business day after dispatch to metropolitan areas, and within 2–3 business days to regional locations. Flat $22, Australia-wide.

Click & collect isn't available from our Sydney studio just yet, but we hope to offer it soon.

Gift orders

Sending directly to someone you love? Add a gift note at checkout and we'll tuck it inside — and rest assured, we never include pricing in the parcel.
