Wellbeing Rituals

A ritual is a small ceremony you give yourself. It has a beginning and an end. It asks nothing of you but the time it takes.
I started making these for myself.
Not as a business idea, and not because I had anything worked out. I was somewhere in the middle of becoming a mother, and at the same time my body had quietly started changing in ways nobody had thought to warn me about, and I kept reaching around for something to hold onto and finding advice where I wanted to honour and hold all of the previous versions of me instead.
There is so much advice. There is almost nothing that says: this is real, and your experiences deserve to be acknowledged.
That is most of what I think we are missing. The month you spent running on empty. The loss nobody else knew about. The threshold you walked over on an ordinary Tuesday, on your own, without anyone telling you it even had a name.
A ritual is how I mark those now. A small, deliberate act, with a beginning and an ending and some thoughtful reflection in the middle. It is not one more thing to do. It is the part of the day where nothing at all is being asked of you.
Every ritual I write moves through the same four steps: Arrive, Tend, Speak, Close. A deliberate beginning, an act of care for myself, one thing said out loud to acknowledge, and a real ending.
They are short, and they are made to be done in ten to thirty minutes, even on your worst day when you have nothing left to give. That is the kind of day I especially wrote them for.
Love Her Guided Rituals
These rituals are our free gift to you, for whenever you need them.
I often find that I am most in need of a ritual when I am trying to find some sense of meaning or purpose in my life. These are the very ones I turn to myself, to make time for me. To be here, in the present moment. To practise awareness, to savour, to love.
They ask for presence and intention, and nothing else. They are for all the women who are looking for something more and don’t quite know where to find it. A good place to start is to go within.
- Beginning Again — a new moon ritual, for planting something in the dark. Here now.
- The Releasing — a full moon ritual, for whatever you are ready to stop carrying. Coming for the full moon on 27 September.
- The Holding — five minutes, for when you are the one holding everything. Coming soon.
- The Landing — a bedtime ritual, for a mind that will not stop. Coming soon.
The rituals inside the gift sets
Every gift set has a ritual card tucked inside it, and on the card is a QR code that opens the full ritual for the season she is in.
There is the ritual itself, and then how to come back to it. Weekly, or on the anniversary, or on one of those days that arrives without any warning at all. There are words for the people who love her and have no idea what to say to her. And there are real Australian services listed at the end, for the days when a ritual is not enough on its own and you need further support. I never wanted anyone to reach the end of a ritual and find nothing waiting for her there.
Those rituals are not published here. They belong to the woman holding the box. It mattered to me that the ritual be part of the gift.

What is still coming
There will be more of free rituals as well as guided audio, so you can close your eyes instead of reading. Women’s circles will arrive post-launch when I can hold space properly.
If you would like to know when the next one lands, you can join the collective below.
And if one of these rituals helps you, please pass it on to a woman who needs it. That is how they find the people they were written for.
